It was fairly clean, everyone was very good and polite. Great location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

There were too soft beds in our room.

The setting was favourable, close to the theme parks, with grocery shop and outlets across the road within 2 minutes walk, and Publix grocery store, discount shopping and the outlets.

Great and excellent hotel in a good position in the middle of jackson. A double room with a fridge and shower, for example. The nice staff all round.

Breakfast options were quite basic and repetitive, and the noise from the hallway at night disrupted sleep. On the plus side, it was conveniently located for easy travel around the area and the staff was generally kind and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay with friends. Clean rooms were a highlight. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use it. Breakfast had decent options. Convenient shuttle services were a plus 👍

New hotel in a great spot between Disney and Universal. Rooms are clean, comfy with a fridge and laminate floors. Basic but has all the essentials like a flat-screen TV, private bath, and free toiletries. Breakfast was decent but could use more options. Nice fitness center too.

The spacious room with two queen beds was super comfortable and surprisingly modern. Plus, the free shuttle service to both Disney and Universal was a game-changer for easy access to all the fun!

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was really good, with tasty scrambled eggs and pancakes. The heated pool was a nice surprise too. I loved how clean the rooms were as well! I would definitely come back again.

Enjoyed the friendly staff and convenient laundry service. The basic room lacked frills, and the shuttle service to the parks wasn't utilized, which could have added value.
